Returns & Refunds
We hope you are over the moon with your new dress but if you are not satisfied with your order bought from the website, you may return it for a refund. We apologies but postage costs will not be refunded if an item is returned and there is a £3 restocking fee. Please understand we are a fledgling label.
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your item. Obviously returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
To request a return, please contact us at bougainvillea.London@mail.com with your email and order number. A return authorisation and shipping instructions will be emailed to you.
Returns must be shipped with a trackable service and at the customer’s expense. Please notify us once you ship.
Bougainvillea London reserves the right to refuse return of any item which does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
Customers shopping outside the UK may be liable for customs duties and taxes. We post all orders Delivery Duty Unpaid. Customs duties and taxes will be invoiced to the customer by the courier company once the item has cleared customs.
Please understand, the collection is made using antique fabrics and vintage materials. All idiosyncrasies, including wear, mending, marks, pattern anomalies are part of the story of the fabric and overall garment. The imperfect artisan aesthetic coupled with the raw natural fibers and the handmade approach creates a unique feel to each truly limited edition piece.
